Yes. NH RSA 178:19-b explicitly authorizes tobacco vending machine licenses in 21 plus venues. New Hampshire state law preempts local restrictions. Cravely deploys nicotine machines in qualifying NH bars, clubs, and casinos.
We handle it entirely. Massachusetts machines carry no nicotine so no ID reader is required. For New Hampshire, qualifying 21 plus venues may not need one either. We have additional ID reader units in our storage facility for any location that does. Cravely takes full responsibility for compliance configuration.
